The Allukemi Plus Indeformable life line is an anchorage device that uses a flexible anchorage line compliant with the EN 795:2012 Type C technical standard and can be used by 4 operators simultaneously, in accordance with the CEN/TS 16415:2013 technical specification.
The components of the line are made from a special die-cast aluminum alloy that combines lightness, mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance, and are fixed to supports using stainless steel screws.
The LF70 energy absorber of the Allukemi Plus line has been replaced by the AP70, a new, more compact absorber that transfers the same load to the end supports as the previous absorber.
The elastomer springs have been replaced by 164 cup springs subjected to a special treatment and assembled with a particular method that maximizes the system's performance.
The fixing system has been maintained, while the design of the tensioner has been revised.
The line is designed for installation on Series 7003 poles, on special plates that allow flat or wall mounting, and on new supports with stainless steel AISI 304 bases painted RAL 7038.
No trolleys or shuttles are required to use this anchorage device: the operator simply hooks the connector of the lanyard or retractable device to the line cable; thanks to its shape, the intermediate element can be passed without the worker having to disconnect from the line.
