Prices, delivery, withdrawal and returns. Everything you need to know about purchasing.
Below are the terms and conditions that apply to purchases on our site. Prices are valid for all EU countries and shown excluding VAT, including packaging.
Prices and delivery
Delivery to the address you give is included in the price for orders over €150 (excl. VAT). For lower amounts the shipping contribution is calculated automatically at checkout (weight and destination). Minimum order is €50 (excl. VAT).
Product availability
If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, this will be shown when creating the order. We will restock as soon as possible. For availability information: info@quotalavoro.it or tel. 0183 710679.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order already placed but not yet handed to the courier, you can do so at no cost by contacting Customer Service on +39 0183 71 06 79 or emailing info@quotalavoro.it. If payment has already been made, we will start refund procedures immediately.
Withdrawal and returns
Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. This right applies to consumers (individuals), not business purchases. To withdraw, go to your account: Account → Orders → Order detail → Request withdrawal. The process is fully online; you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The right lapses if goods are not returned intact. Withdrawal does not apply to sealed consumables once opened, custom-made, perishable or digital goods where applicable.
Secure discount
Free shipping in Italy for orders over €150 (excl. VAT). Progressive discount scale: €500–999.99 (excl. VAT) €15 off; €1,000–1,999.99 €40 off; over €2,000 €100 off the order total. Amounts are always excl. VAT.
