PETZL VERTEX

The VERTEX helmet ensures very comfortable use thanks to the fabric harness with six-point attachment and the CENTERFIT and FLIP&FIT systems that guarantee excellent helmet retention on the head. With an adjustable chinstrap resistance, it is suitable for work at height and ground work. The closed outer shell protects against electrical hazards, molten metal splashes, and flames. Optimal integration of a Petzl headlamp, protective visor, hearing protection, and multiple accessories makes it a fully modular helmet that meets the additional needs of professionals.

Description

Very comfortable use:

• fabric harness with six-point attachment that perfectly fits the shape of the head,

• CENTERFIT adjustment that keeps the helmet perfectly centered on the head, thanks to two lateral adjustment wheels,

• FLIP&FIT system allowing a low position of the headband to ensure excellent helmet retention. The system folds inside the helmet for easy storage and transport,

• supplied with interchangeable standard comfort foam.

Protection suitable for work at height and ground work:

• DUAL chinstrap allowing the worker to adjust the chinstrap resistance to adapt the helmet to different environments: work at height (EN 12492) and ground work (EN 397). The clip has two positions for two modes of use: high resistance to reduce the risk of helmet loss during a fall and low resistance to reduce the risk of strangulation if the helmet is caught when the user is on the ground,

• impact absorption through deformation of the outer shell,

• protection against electrical hazards, molten metal splashes, and flames thanks to the closed outer shell.
