TREX, the wireless nurse call system by Neat
TREX is the nurse call system suitable for nursing homes, care homes, hospices, and social-assistance facilities that require wireless technology, easy installation, and no wiring infrastructure.
TREX is a wireless system for managing alarms and nurse calls. Its wireless technology allows easy installation; unlike other systems, it does not require wiring infrastructure.
Wide-range coverage is ensured by REPO+ repeaters, allowing staff full mobility within the facility, as alarms generated by patients (including via wristband buttons) are received and displayed directly on the TREX device.
Various types of alarms can be associated with TREX, produced by patients or healthcare personnel, or automatically generated by access control peripherals, wandering sensors, or bed presence sensors.
Maintenance-free, the TREX wireless nurse call system is flexible and scalable over time thanks to numerous compatible peripherals and accessories.
Fall detection wristbands, smoke, gas, temperature, and flood detectors are just some of the many sensors that can be paired with the TREX system.

The system detects when the patient leaves the bed and, using a programmable timer, adapts to the times set by healthcare staff. When the timer expires without the patient returning to bed, the device sends an alarm to the TREX mobile receivers.
The system ensures staff mobility by communicating emergency events directly to the radio receiver.
It allows the use of sensors applied to beds/seats simply, ensuring their reuse and mobility according to ward needs.
Depending on the area to cover, one or more REPO+ repeaters can be used, easily and quickly installed on any wall and connected to a simple power outlet.
