Product description
The LokHead is a high-load, low-friction winch that is the perfect choice for critical tasks where safety and load management are the top priorities. The LokHead Winch Kit can be used wherever easy load handling is required.
Mounted on a tripod, it can be used for confined space rescue operations, lifting materials, and personnel. Its ergonomic and compact design reduces fatigue and optimizes operator strength.
The lightweight and ability to use unlimited rope lengths make this winch ideal for both portable and fixed use in multiple situations. The locking half-pulleys provide full protection against free fall or accidental release.
The kit comes with a dedicated case and includes the LokHead winch, white lever, handle, tripod adapter, carabiners, and sling.
Manual Use: The LokHead can be manually operated with the supplied B10AL handle. Alternatively, a compatible electric drill (sold separately) can be used with the adapter to drive the winch during lifting of materials and equipment.
Reliable: The braking system controls descent and protects operators from accidental falls. The cover protecting the half-pulleys prevents accidental rope release from the winch.
Versatile: The winch is designed for use with textile ropes from 10 to 12.7 mm diameter and unlimited length.
Ergonomic: Easy to install and efficient, the LokHead reduces fatigue and optimizes operator strength. It offers two gear ratios: 13.5:1 for low load/high speed use and 39.9:1 for high load/low speed applications.
Lightweight: The LokHead winch and mounting plates can be incorporated into a rescue/lifting system without significantly increasing overall weight.
