PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Safeaccess® rails are versatile fall arrest systems using
different trolley or caging, for fall arrest, restraint system,
sustaining absailnig works, or platfrorms for one or two
operators.
Safeaccess® is an extruded aluminium alloy profile
that ensures the light weight of the product, prevents
corrosion, ensures weathering resistance and adequate
mechanical strength for its various possible uses.
The rail is installed by mounting ceiling or wall supports
to the structure. When used as a fall arrest system the
operator connects his PPE to the high sliding trolley.
When used for suspended works, mounting brackets are
to be positioned every 3 m.
The anchor device complies with different technical
standards, according to its different applications: EN
795:1996 Class D, as a device against falls from heights for
suspended works; with EN 1808 “Suspended platforms at
varying levels” for use with lifting cages.
It also complies with Atex criteria for use in explosive
environments, as per TUV certification in compliance with
Directive 94/9/EC and with standards EN 13463-5:2007,
EN 13463-1:2009 class II cat.2. It can also be used in zone
1 for powder-based and gas-based explosive atmospheres
(group IIA, IIB, IIC).
