In Norvik trousers nothing is left to chance, it has been developed and designed according to the concept of body mapping that involves the use of different fabrics and upholstery depending on the various needs of the body parts. The result is the use of a two-layer fabric on the front leg applied over lycra gauze that also makes up the back of the pants and a 3L 10K/10K fabric. The two-layer fabric WR (Water Repellent) protects against wind and snow, especially during the descent, leaving the leg warm while the lycra gives extreme elasticity and freedom of movement and ensures a high breathability during the most intense efforts of the climb. The bottom leg was instead designed with a fabric 3 layers ripstop, as it is the most prone to abrasion with any sheets and crampons and the most in contact with the snowy surface or ice. The high performance both in terms of waterproofness (10,000 mm water column) and breathability (10,000 g / sqm / 24 hours) of this fabric combined with the bellows opening on the bottom leg with elastic gripped, prevent snow, water and humidity unpleasantly coming into contact with boot leg and foot. Two long ventilation zips along the legs and openings under the knees make Noorvik breathable and cool during the most intense efforts uphill. Elastic waist, belt loops and removable straps make Noorvik adaptable and comfortable in any situation.
