Description
Designed for progression on a vertical structure with breaking-up.
TIE-BACK intermediate feed rings on the lanyard to allow the winding of large cross-section structures. In the event of a rescue, these rings are easily accessible to the rescuer, even if the person is suspended on his lanyard after the fall.
Absorbs energy in case of a fall:
- progressive tearing of the energy absorber strap to reduce the stopping force experienced by the user,
- Works with users weighing between 60 and 140 kg (1).
Designed for use with a maximum length, including connectors, of:
- 200 cm in the scope of CE EN 355,
- 183 cm (6 feet) under ANSI Z359.13.
Minimum of space:
- very compact design of the energy absorber to not hinder the user during progression,
- elastic garments to prevent the progression.
Resistant fabric case, with simplified opening system, to protect the energy absorber from abrasion and projections, allowing periodic control of the absorber.
Two installation possibilities on the harness according to the use:
- frequent connections/disconnections: with a carabiner held in the correct position by a STRING positioning accessory (supplied with the cord) or with a MICRO SWIVEL handrail to avoid twisting,
- almost permanent connection: with a RING OPEN opening ring whose circular shape ensures an optimal positioning or with a SWIVEL OPEN swivel to avoid twisting.
